At BrightArch Consultancy, sustainability isn’t just a requirement — it’s our passion. Founded to provide clear, reliable advice on energy efficiency and environmentally sustainable design (ESD), we work with homeowners, architects, builders, and developers across Victoria to deliver designs that are both compliant and comfortable to live and work in.
Who you’ll work with
My name is Jaime Orpinas Casanueva, and I’m the person behind BrightArch. With an engineering background, and a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Energy from RMIT University in Melbourne, I bring a strong technical foundation to every project. With specialist experience in ESD, I’ve worked on residential and commercial projects ranging from family homes to multi-unit developments. My approach is practical and collaborative — working alongside architects and engineers to simplify compliance, respect design intent, and meet deadlines.
